The tax season is fast approaching again, and we’d like to extend our welcome to both new and returning clients! Here are the procedures and quick tips to help you get started.

Want a quick quotation from us? Not comfortable with sending all your information before agreeing to our services? Just forward us a copy of your previous year tax return to our e-Courier link, with your name, email and daytime phone number, and we will contact you within a few business days to discuss our prices.

The tax filing deadline for this year is April 30, 2025. In order to ensure you receive your refund as soon as possible and avoid filing delays, please provide us the information as soon as you have received it all.
For individuals with self-employment income, your returns are due on June 15, 2025. However, your taxes are still due on April 30, 2025 along with everyone else. -
For returning clients, there are three ways to deliver your documents to us.
The first is electronically, through our e-Courier link. This method allows clients to send us documents and information securely. The link can also be accessed at the footer of this page.
The second method is to drop of your documents in person at our office. Before you decide to drop off, please give us a call at 604-267-1220 to schedule a time.
The third way is to have all your tax documents sent via mail or courier our office at 208-8678 Greenall Avenue, Burnaby, BC V5J 3M6.
Before you pass the documents over, make sure you fill out your personal income tax checklist! There are a few things which must be kept in mind:
First download the document before you begin filling it in;
Make sure to update us on any changes to your contact information – including mailing address, email and phone number;
Everyone needs to answer the general questions;
Please list out the documents you will send out on pages 2-4;
Once the checklist is complete, make sure you attach all supporting documents and send it to us together. If information is missing, it will take longer to follow up than waiting until you have everything.
